ABOUT
The Department of Zoology was established in the academic year 2015-2016 with Botany , Zoology and Chemistry as allied combinations and Restructured course was started with group combinations of Aquaculture Technology , Zoology and chemistry since 2020-2021.The College is affiliated to Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur.
VISION
- The Department envisions empowering the students through quality education in Zoology and related areas by combining theoretical knowledge and practical skills in a holistic manner.
- To benefit students, now and in the future, through the culture of aquatic organisms, by upholding the ecological and socio-economic values associated with inland waters.
MISSION
- To provide learners with the knowledge and abilities needed for their future endeavors.
- To develop the students into self-assured, environmentally conscious citizens who can make meaningful contributions to the dynamic world.
- To develop entrepreneurship avenues for sustainable aquaculture.
- To create a platform towards forward-thinking Strategies in Aquaculture.
